What do I do if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email Customer Services at shop@rrm.co.uk or call 01491 415600.

What do I need to do to cancel an order?
Please email shop@rrm.co.uk or call 01491 415600 immediately. If the order has already left our warehouse you will need to follow our returns and refunds instructions.

What payment cards are accepted on the RRM Online Shop?
We accept most major credit and debit cards including MasterCard, Visa and Delta.

Can my order be delivered to alternative addresses?
Online orders can be delivered to alternative addresses.

Can you deliver to an address that is different to my billing address?
Yes. When you get to the checkout you are able to input a different delivery address.

How soon can I get my order and how much will it cost?
Standard Delivery items are usually dispatched within 3 working days after the order has been placed. We aim to deliver within:
3-5 working days for UK
4-7 working days for EU and the rest of Europe
5-8 working days for USA, Canada, Fast East and Australasia, and the rest of the world

Where is my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, RRM Online Shop is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

What is the returns and refunds procedure?
If you have changed your mind and wish to return an item, we are happy to offer a refund for the cost of the goods; please contact Customer Services on 01491 415600, Monday to Friday 10.00-17.00.

Please note we can only offer full refunds on items received back in pristine condition.

How long will it take to receive a refund for returned products?
We aim to process all returns within 1-2 weeks. Once your return has been processed, and if it meets our refund criteria, we will issue the refund using the payment method used to purchase the goods. Depending on your bank, the refund could take up to 10 days to show in your account.

Are online prices the same as in the RRM Gift Shop?
Yes, with the exception of some promotional offers and exclusive online discounts, prices of products on the website should match the gallery shop prices.
