Henley 100
Henley 100 Club at the River & Rowing Museum
The Henley 100 Club was formed in 2007 by the present deputy Chairman of the Museum, Paddy Nicoll, with the specific aim to help safeguard the Invesco Perpetual Henley Gallery - a vital haven for our local cultural heritage and a recognised centre of excellence for its local community education projects - and its related educational activities.
The Club hosts an active social programme enabling members to strengthen business and social links within the Henley area. Our annual events include two Black Tie Club dinners at the Museum in the Spring and Winter. Past Guest speakers have included:
- Sir Malcolm Rifkind KCMG QC MP
- Boris Johnson
- Sir Stephen Redgrave CBE
There are also other varied social and cultural events throughout the year and these have included:
- Club table in The Roux Marquee at The Henley Festival
- Private Premiere screening of latest James Bond film
- Pre-opening visit to The Chelsea Flower Show
- Private Tour of Friar Park, Henley
- Ladies VIP day at Bicester Village
- Henley Royal Regatta party and boat trip
- Behind the scenes tour of the Natural History Museum
Whilst there is no joining or membership fee, members make an annual donation to the River & Rowing Museum Foundation. In recognition of the their important commitment to Henley and the Museum, we have a Henley 100 Club acknowledgement board placed in the foyer and also at the entrance to the Invesco Perpetual Henley Gallery.
We are always looking for the interest and support from new members (please note it is a male only members club) and would ask anyone interested to contact
