Catering
Catering for at the River & Rowing Museum is provided by our on-site caterer's Digby Trout Restaurants, who run the Museum's popular terrace cafe.
They are happy to design menus especially for your event.
Sample Buffet Menu:
- Chicken, new potatoes and pesto salad
- Teriyaki Salmon
- Feta and green bean salad
- Couscous with peppers and mixed herbs
- Lemon tart with crème fraîche

Sample Afternoon Tea Menu:
- A selection of finger sandwiches – smoked salmon with cracked black pepper, cucumber with cream cheese and roasted garlic, egg and baby leaf spinach and honey roasted ham with wholegrain mustard
- Miniature savoury tartlets or quiche (V)
- Miniature fruit scones with clotted cream and strawberry preserve
- A selection of home made cake and slices cut into bite size pieces

- Mini beef burgers, sun blushed tomato relish

- Gravadlax with onion, lemon and capers served on toast
