The Museum offers a great value day delegate package in either the Thames or Henley Room. This includes morning and afternoon refreshments, a choice of buffet lunches, A/V equipment, flip charts, pads and pens plus access to the wonderful galleries for all delegates, all for just £47.50 per delegate. The Thames Room (min 20 / max 100 delegates)

Day Delegate Rate £47.50 per head to include:
- Room hire
- Audio-visual equipment
- Flip chart & pens
- Conference pads and pens
- Entry to Museum Galleries for all delegates
- Tea, coffee and Danish pastries on arrival
- Tea, coffee and biscuits mid-morning
- Choice of hot or cold buffet lunch menu
- Tea, coffee and home made cakes mid-afternoon
- Mints
- Mineral water throughout the day
Half Day Delegate Package
For shorter meetings we can provide a Half Day Delegate Package of £35.50 per person to include either breakfast or lunch.
