All rates are inclusive of the following equipment by prior arrangement:

- 42 inch Portable LCD screen
- Sound system
- Lectern

The following can be provided for an additional fee:
- Faxing – send or receive 10p per sheet
- Photocopying – 10p per sheet
- Analogue Telephone Line - £30 per day/£15 per half day
- Additional Conference Pads & Pens - £1 per set
- Use of display equipment in the Galleries – price on application
- Additional equipment & facilities – price on application
Late Licences
The Museum is licensed until 11pm from Monday to Thursday, until 1.00am on Friday to Saturday and until 10.30pm on Sunday. For special occasions we can extend this licence, for this we need 10 days advance notice.
River & Rowing Museum (Trading) Ltd
Profits from venue hire are remitted to the River & Rowing Museum Foundation, a registered charity.
