Never tried indoor rowing? Be part of a unique and growing fitness programme with our free taster sessions. Sign up below for as many sessions as you wish and see our FAQs for further information. All sessions include warm up and cool down within the class time.
Beginner these 40 minute sessions will help you learn the correct technique to make your workout feel fantastic and include a 20 minute Go Row Indoor class
Intermediate when you know the correct technique, stretch yourself with a 30 minute Go Row Indoor class
Challenge ready to push harder? Try a 45 minute Go Row Indoor workout
The taster sessions are not suitable for children under 12 years. Children under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.
