Touring Exhibitions at the River & Rowing Museum
The River & Rowing Museum, one of the country’s leading independent museums, attracts over 114,000 visitors per year, with a reputation for high-quality exhibitions and an award-winning learning programme.
The Museum is now touring its first curated exhibition, Peter Rabbit: Mischief and Mayhem.
This temporary exhibition was developed by the Curatorial Team at the River & Rowing museum assisted by ten newly recruited volunteers and also involved RRM colleagues from Marketing, Retail, and Learning. Graphic design was by Anonymous and 3-D design was by LYN Atelier.
The exhibition was co-curated by Penguin Ventures (part of the Penguin Random House Group). Together with licensing agency, Silvergate Media, Penguin Ventures manages The World of Beatrix Potter™, one of the longest running and largest international literature-based licensing programmes. The project leads for Penguin Ventures were Sara Glenn and Melissa Minty.
